Our Scholarship

The Ryan J. Johnston Memorial Foundation was formed to honor Ryan’s life, love of sports, and generous heart by providing scholarships and financial assistance for Amesbury student athletes.

Thanks to our generous sponsors and players, we have raised enough money to fund our scholarships for the past six years.

This spring, the Ryan J. Johnston Memorial Foundation proudly awarded two $3,000 scholarships to Amesbury High School seniors as they prepare to begin their college journeys.

In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, the Foundation has donated $2,000 to the Amesbury Recreation Department to provide scholarships for children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in summer youth programs.

We’re honored to continue supporting the young people in our community—both today and for the future.
